The goal of an in-home lifestyle newborn session is to keep things effortless, comfortable, and completely stress-free. There’s no pressure for your baby to sleep the entire time or stay perfectly still for hours. Instead, I come into your home—your real, lived-in space—and document the love, connection, and tiny moments unfolding naturally as you settle into life with your newest addition.

The newborn Collection Process:
I. Reserve your session
Once you decide you’d like to work together, you’ll complete a short booking questionnaire and submit a $150 retainer to officially reserve your place on my calendar. From there, I’ll send over a planning guide with wardrobe tips and next steps—including access to my curated client closet, available for moms. The goal is to take the stress out of planning so you can focus on what matters most. And of course, I’m always just a text, email, or phone call away if questions come up.
II. Take photos.
After your baby arrives, we’ll choose the best date for your session—typically anytime within the first month. These sessions are baby-led and unhurried. There’s no pressure for your baby to sleep or for moments to look “perfect.” Feeding breaks, diaper changes, toddler snacks—it's all part of real life, and it’s all welcome. I’ll gently guide you throughout the session so it feels comfortable, relaxed, and centered on your family.
III. Deliver memories.
Within a few weeks, you’ll receive your finished images in a private online gallery. You’ll have full printing rights, allowing you to print your photos wherever you’d like. If you’d prefer a little extra help, I’m happy to assist with ordering professional prints, creating heirloom albums, or designing custom artwork for your home.

What is a fresh 48?
A fresh 48 is a session that takes place within 48 hours of your baby being born. It occurs in your birth space, and the goal is to capture those brand new moments. I love to incorporate all the hospital items, because you'll never use those again- the blankets, the bassinet, the hospital bracelets.
